Today I taught an art lesson, and we made snowmen! But only 2 out of the 11 students have actually seen real snow before!
So before the art lesson, I gave a little power point presentation and showed them what snow really looks like, and what real snowmen look like. They were quite intrigued :) Here are some of their finished work and me showing them some snow pictures!

ReplyDeleteShaving cream on a tray might give them a "feel" for snow. It's fun to move around on the tray, draw in it with your finger and it makes the whole room smell great.
